Security Supervisor

1.Plan and execute company security guard policy and protocol. 2.To supervise, guide, and lead security team members. 3.To oversee and ensure the security operation of Company. 4.To arrange duty schedule for security team. 5.Responsible to protect company's properties, products and the safety of employees. 6.Ensure the registration of visitor and goods entry and exit. 7.Enforcement of access control, shipping security control, monitoring of CCTV control center system. 8.Enforcement of security and safety regulation of the Company. 9.Document and store information, activities, and event in a log and /or report. 10.Perform routine patrols of the company’s facilities and grounds to assist in deterring criminal behavior as well as make Security’s presence known. 11.Compulsory participation in emergency response team. 12.Comply with and communicate the company’s EHSMS, policies, EHS objective & planning, procedures, significant environmental aspects/hazards, EHS roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and authorities, obligations, legal and other requirements, and any relevant EHS issues 13.Communicate Emergency Response Plan Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and EHS incidents (including near misses)
