1. Conduct Sales Activities / Promotion / Road Show and Event Activities.
2. Conduct marketing proposal/marketing analysis and Execution of the marketing plan
3. To achieve the Monthly Sales Target and to be on duty at the Sales Gallery, Roadshow and to support any Sales & Marketing Events.
4. Monitor and track the sales processes effectively to close the sales within the stipulated time period
5. To assist Purchasers in obtaining end financing and to arrange for the necessary documentation to be executed by the purchasers within the Company’s panel of lawyers.
6. To liaise with solicitors on the Sale & Purchase Agreement and related documents.
7. To liaise with bankers on end-financing
8. To liaise with the event organizers on any events or exhibitions display.
9. To liaise with Agencies to maintain good reputations and work relationship with agencies.
10. Submission of Sales Reports to be prepared on a weekly basis to be submitted to Immediate Superior.
11. Attend to all matters pertaining to Sales from the Initial inquiries to the execution of the documents of the purchasers.
12. Support Marketing team in the implementation of sales & marketing programs.

Job Requirements
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or any equivalent.
4. Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
5. Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
6. Possess positive working attitudes and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Willing to work on weekends and Public holidays. (Scheduled Basis)
8. Good working knowledge of property development and events.
9. Self-motivated, able to work independently result in oriented and good interpersonal skills.
10. Possess a valid driving license.

**11. Required Language(s)**: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu
