J - Sale Executive [heavy Equipment Construction]

Duties & Responsibilities:
i. Sales /Sales Planning
- To perform sales activities to achieve company set objective.
- To contribute effort in achieving group sales targets as a team.
- Identify and secure business from new and existing customers, and ensuring customers
satisfaction
- Reviewing sales performance and striving to meet targets for aiming to achieve monthly
or annual targets
ii. Networking & New Business
- Build, maintain and expand a network of (new) external relations, detect and realize new
business opportunities in line with internal guidelines and the market.
- Organizing sales visits, contacts current and potential customers, visit establishments to
evaluate needs, and promotes the sale of products and services.
iii. Contract Management / Rental Agreement
- Prepare or coordinate (quotations for) contracts in line with the guidelines for contract
management.
- Negotiate with internal and-or external parties, acquire approval and close the contract
and monitor compliance with contract in line with internal processes
- To provide quotations to the customers by ensuring the quotation is drafted carefully and
the terms of an agreement which has been agreed.
iv. Service after sales / Sales Suppport
- Be solution driven ; maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information
and service improvement, focus on finding the right solution for long-term customer
relationship development
- To support the maintenance team with technical matters and may attend to negotiations
with the customer for the maintenance and correction of products that have been
sold/rent.
v. Account Management/ Sales Collection
- Work closely with the finance team to provide solutions to keep track outstanding debts.
- Build trust with debtors. Negotiate extended payment plans and the best course of action
for customers seeking to avoid further debts
vi. Reporting/Administration
- To prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing product and sales related
information.
- To execute, maintain and or improve sales documentation administrative activities and
systems in line with internal requirements (RA)
