About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Heavy Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at Negeri Roadstone Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Nilai Negeri Sembilan and will play a crucial role in our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operate and maintain a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
  • Ensure the efficient and productive use of equipment to support the company's manufacturing and logistics processes
  • Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on machinery to keep it in optimal working condition
  • Identify and report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to the superior/maintenance team.
  • Do any ad-hoc task assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM level.
  • Proficient in the operation of a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators or backhoe etc
  • Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
