  4. Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
  5. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to maintain peak performance and prevent downtime.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize scrap, rework, and delays.
  7. Record production data, time tracking, and process parameters accurately in machining logs.
  8. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve tooling, setup, and process efficiency.
  9. Adhere strictly to safety and environmental standards, wearing proper PPE and maintaining a clean work area.
  10. Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 systems by following procedures, documentation, and continuous improvement practices.
