**CNC Milling Programmer

Responsibility :

  • Create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs to support daily production requirements.
  • Translate engineering drawings and specifications into accurate machining instructions.
  • Responsible for new program prove outs and support Machinist.
  • Troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency.
  • Work closely with production staff, machinists and operator to resolve programming or machining issues.
  • Ensure machining accuracy, quality output, and adherence to production schedules.
  • Maintain documentation related to CNC programs and tooling.

Requirements :

  • With at least 3years of experience in programming/working in a CNC machining background.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial for ensuring high-quality output.
  • Knowledge of Mastercam software is preferred.

**CNC Milling Machinist

Responsibility :

  • Ensure CNC machines are properly configured for each production run, adjusting tool offsets, workpiece clamping, and machine parameters to meet job requirements.
  • Optimize efficiency by scheduling and organizing production runs, coordinating with other departments to meet targets.
  • Maintain inventory of cutting tools and accessories, ensuring uninterrupted production through timely ordering and replacement.
  • Oversee quality control processes, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions to maintain high product standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance CNC machine productivity through optimized cutting parameters and programming techniques.
  • Guide and mentor machine operators and junior machinists, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Problem Solving: Address technical issues promptly, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.

Requirements :

  • With at least 3years of experience with machining centers, demonstrating proficiency in CNC operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is essential.
  • Capable of managing subordinates, updating department heads on progress, and overseeing planning activities.
  • Readiness to take responsibility for and resolve any issues that arise in the machining department.
