Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, or lathe machines.

Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations.

Perform machine calibration, adjustments, and tool changes as needed.

Inspect finished products using measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.

Maintain machines and tools in good working condition.

Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times.

Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience in CNC machine operation (milling/lathe).

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Knowledge of G-code programming is an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
