**Your Role**:

- Responsible for development of presentation and construction drawings from concepts and sketches with oversight and direction by senior team members / Project Lead.
- Performs and documents field surveys and site verification of existing conditions.
- Prepare the final drawings by studying engineering sketches, specifications and supporting documents.
- Technical Designer/Drafter shall have demonstrated experience creating construction documents and managing project delivery independently.
- Responsible for creating, editing, and finalizing construction plans for ID renovation projects in AutoCad, Revit and SketchUp.
- Drafting of floor plans, ceiling plans, interior/exterior elevations, tile and cabinetry drawings, and 3D renderings.
- Revise plans as needed and ensure all affected sheets and details are updated.
- Execute established drafting standards and procedures and ensure established deadlines are met.
- Review and check layout and design drawings prepared by other Design Team members and assist in making modifications prior to releasing drawings to the field.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of process improvements and initiatives aimed to achieve the project objective.
- Help across all design team objectives, working cross-functionally with other members of the Design Team.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, estimators, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Managing and coordinating work delivery based on project timeline

**We are looking for:

- **
- Required skill(s): AutoCad, Revit, Sketch UP 3D, Adobe PhotoShop, MS Office Suite proficiency :Microsoft office, words, Excel & project.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for Technical Designer.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent in relation to commercial/corporate spaces.
- Have a working knowledge of techniques, products, and materials used in commercial environments, including high-end commercial environments.
- Familiar with furniture types, materials, manufacturers, representatives and vendors.
- Able to lead site visit/design briefing independently.
- Team player, self-motivation, multitasking skill and ability to achieve the target and meet the deadline in a fast-paced environment.
