SAP Quality Management Solution Architect Location: Kuala Lumpur

The Program is a multi-year program which aims at defining and developing the Global Template in order to simplify, standardize and automate business processes and systems leveraging SAP’s, industry and available Client best practices. Purpose As the Quality IT Solution Architect, you are responsible for delivering IT solutions that fulfil the business requirements in the area of ERP Quality Management within the Global Template Deployment Project. In this role you report to the Regional IT Deployment Lead. Your primary responsibilities include: -Provide expertise in the SAP Quality Management module, the integration with other modules and the connected portfolios in it -Drives implementation and provides technical and business leadership where/when needed to achieve the vision and results of the roadmap. -Define, design, build and oversee the implementation and rollout of ERP functional solutions based on SAP S/4 HANA for Quality Management regionally -Develop new features as per business requirements and create documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, support test planning and execution -Define and contribute to the development of interfaces between SAP and other systems, e.g. LIMS, Global Batch Tracing, Trackwise. -Ensure the solution fits to the Client Quality Management requirements and the end-to-end technical operations processes including systems, interfaces and platforms -Acts as deployment focal point for assigned data objects in scope for migration -Interacts with local Business Data Owners (BDOs), deployment Functional Process Experts, ETL Team, Legacy teams, etc.) -Analyzes defects, issues from readiness reports and manages data deviations working with relevant stakeholders until resolution -Collaborate with the program and business teams to ensure continuous business and IT alignment -Closely collaborate with functional and IT teams like Manufacturing, Master Data, EWM. -Manage and guide resources assigned -Lead complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions ensuring that any exceptions from “SAP standard” functionality have sufficient justification and positive value proposition -Own overall inventory of workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEFs) for the area of Quality Management -Coordinate build and deployment work packages ensuring good collaboration with build partners (developers and configurators) -Work closely with Regional Deployment Lead to ensure effective project governance, management and timely reporting of progress on activities and work packages according to the program plan and milestones -Ensure smooth handover of the solution and the systems built to the support and operations teams You bring the following qualifications: -10+ years of experience in a global enterprise in the Pharma industry, delivering ERP solutions in transformational projects -10+ years of hands-on experience in delivering ERP QM solutions, preferably in Pharma/healthcare industry with excellent Business Process knowledge in the area of Supply Chain Quality management -Experience in delivering and managing validated computer systems -Very good understanding of the QC and QA processes with focus on the Quality Events (Quality Notification), Manage Supplier Quality process, very good understanding of the integration between SAP and Laboratory systems, Production, Warehouse and Plant Maintenance. Good knowledge of S/4 HANA desirable -Good Understanding of SolMan ALM methodologies -Excellent interpersonal skills in large multinational enterprise as well as experience in delivering projects using Client project management methodology (PMM) or equivalent -C-level fluency in English

Pay: From RM12,000.00 per month
