The TTS Onboarding Business Office Analyst is accountable for production and management of MIS reporting and analytics supporting the TTS Onboarding management team in Asia. Some of these reports and analysis will be large and complex. Requires a comprehensive understanding of Excel, macros, report generation and automation, and translation of data into meaningful analysis to provide insights for management’s attention and action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to support and discuss MIS output with management and team members. **Responsibilities**: - Generate and validate regularly scheduled MIS and analysis reporting related to TTS Onboarding teams KPIs, dashboards, Headcount, Expenses, etc. - Generate ad-hoc MIS and analysis as required to support key initiatives, analysis, projects, etc. - Work closely with other Analysts on the team to back-up and support one another. - Join discussions and meetings with team members and management team members to discuss results of analysis and reports provided. - Proactively suggest ideas and feedback on how to streamline, improve, and automate reports and MIS provided. - Work with the Business Office team on other areas related to employee engagement activities and other general support of the Asia TTS Onboarding management team as required. - Learn the various systems and platform used by TTS Onboarding and how to pull data from the systems and convert it into meaningful MIS and analysis: eForms, CRM, etc. **Qualifications**: - Strong skills and experience in using Excel, macros, databases, etc. to generate reports and analyze data - Strong Power Point skills, with an ability to translate data and MIS from Excel and other formats into easy-to-read presentations and slides - Fresh grads are encouraged to apply - Logical and analytical thinker, with ability to improve processes and drive automation of report generation **Education**: - Bachelors/University degree - **Job Family Group**: Customer Service - **Job Family**: Institutional Client Onboarding - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
