**We are looking for someone with**:
- 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position but fresh graduate with the right discipline will be considered.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills in handling customer complaints
- Possess strong skills in the areas of contract, budget breakdown and control;
- Be familiar with construction permitting and acceptance procedure, OSHA regulations and authority requirement
- Possess on-location or in-the-field experience with facility construction and must be familiar with terms used in construction drawings and ability to read and understand the information contained on drawings.
- Possess strong communication skills for overall project management and proactive in problem solving
- Be able to develop, communicate clearly and supervise vendors in project tasks, goals and timelines;
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral and written,
- Able to work independently, willing to travel and to work on weekends or on public holidays as and when required.
**On the job you will**:
- Manage projects with cross-divisional impact, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget and quality targets.
- Project teams will numerous coordination with other relevant departments plus external vendors and authority agencies.
- The projects are usually mid to large scale that will usually takes 6month to 12months.
- This role is the main driver for the security system in Menara Manulife software and registration including termination inclusive of card access, without this role, card access system will have to be diverted to a relevant department or decentralized to ensure proper management due to lack of headcount.
- Any breach or risks to the system are managed by this role.
- He/she is a main contributor to cost fit measures and work closely with procurement to ensure abidance to the compliance and Procurement policy.
