**About the Role**

HTC is actively seeking a talented and dedicated Crystal Report Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience who can design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports aligning with the reporting requirements of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into Crystal Reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Customize report templates, layouts, and formatting to precisely meet user specifications.
- Craft visually appealing and user-friendly reports, incorporating charts, graphs, and other data visualization elements.
- Optimize report performance and query execution for swift and efficient loading.
- Validate and verify the accuracy of data utilized in reports.
- Create and sustain technical documentation for Crystal Reports, including report specifications and user guides.
- Collaborate with end users and other stakeholders to comprehend their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
