Front Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations,
- Maintain records, files, and inventory systems.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Develop and manage social media content for platforms like TikTok and Facebook to promote the workshop and its services
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and tools.
- Ability to create engaging content for TikTok and Facebook.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus, but not essential.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
