**Position**: Account Executive cum Admin
**Location**: Senai

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Account Executive** to manage customer accounts and support the finance and sales administration functions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain accurate customer account records, including invoicing, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, logistics) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and industry regulations.
- Support internal audits and external financial reviews by preparing necessary documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy in financial and sales operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or sales administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated, fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
