**Clinic Assistant Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic, providing a friendly and positive first impression.
- Assist in patient registration and appointment scheduling, ensuring accuracy of patient information.
- Maintain organized patient records, including medical history and contact details.
- Prepare examination rooms for appointments, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment setup.
- Escort patients to examination rooms and assist healthcare providers as needed.
- Take and record vital signs and other health measurements accurately.
- Collect and label specimens for laboratory testing, following protocols.
- Schedule appointments, manage follow-up calls, and provide appointment reminders.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient queries and ensuring comfort.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy regulations while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Stay informed about clinic policies, procedures, and industry updates through ongoing training.

**Work Hours & Benefits**

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Optimistic, good team player, self-motivated

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
