:

- The Customer Service Professional (CSP) role is to resolve customer complaints via phone. The CSP is required to greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling. The CSP is also required to assist customers in their inquiries.
- Rotational Shift: Monday - Sunday (2 days off day in a week)
- Medical & Hospitalization entitlement
- Training is provided (2 Weeks)
- Location : Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must possess at least SPM/Diploma
- 1 Years in Sales (preferred)
- Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply
- Good command of spoken and written Bahasa and English.
- Personality traits - Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused
- Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
