We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Wash Crew Member / Cashier. We are dedicated to providing our customers with a high-quality car wash experience in a friendly and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register to process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Perform exterior and interior cleaning tasks, including washing, vacuuming, and detailing.
- Ensure the car wash area and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Upselling additional products when appropriate
- Address customer questions and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Recommending services based on customer preferences.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Take and perform instructions or task given by superior with full commitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Tanggungjawab Pekerjaan:

- Menyambut pelanggan dengan cara yang mesra dan profesional.
- Mengendalikan mesin daftar tunai untuk memproses bayaran dan menguruskan transaksi dengan tepat.
- Melakukan tugas pembersihan luaran dan dalaman, termasuk mencuci, mengosongkan habuk, dan melakukan kerja-kerja perincian (detailing).
- Memastikan kawasan cuci kereta dan peralatan sentiasa bersih, diselenggara dengan baik, dan dalam keadaan berfungsi.
- Menjawab soalan dan kebimbangan pelanggan dengan sikap yang positif.
- Bekerja sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan untuk memastikan aliran kerja yang lancar dan cekap.

**Kelayakan**:

- Pengalaman terdahulu dalam perkhidmatan pelanggan atau bidang yang berkaitan adalah satu kelebihan, tetapi tidak diwajibkan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kukuh.
- Kebolehan untuk bekerja dalam persekitaran yang pantas dan mengendalikan pelbagai tugas.
- Mesti boleh dipercayai, menepati masa, dan mempunyai etika kerja yang kuat.
- Mempunyai kebolehan untuk berdiri dalam tempoh yang lama dan melakukan tugas-tugas fizikal.
