**Position: Japanese Speaking RTR Specialist (Junior - Senior)**

**Remuneration**: RM5,500-8,000 + Yearly Bonuses

**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for a Japanese Speaking Finance Analyst (Junior Level) to join the esteemed Multinational Shared Services Center. Fresh graduate with accounting and finance background are also welcome to apply In this role, you will be a key player in managing end-to-end RTR processes, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and leveraging your proficiency in the Japanese language.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make sure to accurately and promptly process entries in the general ledger, fixed assets transactions, and banking transactions.
- Prepare financial and management reports and reconcile balance sheets while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and local accounting standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance to stay updated on current activities and reflect any changes in financial statements.
- Track and resolve outstanding issues regularly, escalating them to relevant parties when necessary.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and monthly performance and productivity targets.
- Take responsibility for all internal controls related to RTR processes.
- Proactively identify, propose, and implement continuous process improvement opportunities with the team lead/manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply)
- 1-5 years of relevant working experience for RTR analyst / General Leger & reporting Analyst or accounts executive are preferred.
- Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) and JLPT N2 holder above.

**Working hour**:

- 9:00-18:00( Mon-Fri)
- Hybrid working at the moment. *you can get replacement leave or OT if you need to work on Weekend or PH
