Position Summary (Upgraded)
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and the client's business processes.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance high quality, robust and scalable software solutions.
- Estimate time and constraints, and plan, coordinate, and execute project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Lead and drive the team members to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers and clients both onsite and offshore.
- Provide unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documents, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to identify technical and logical errors and ensure adherence to software development standards and best practices.
- Lead a team of 10 members of (Business Analyst, Front-end, Back-end and QA team)
- Ability to collaborate with customers and Business Analysts to define and transform requirements into technical designs.

Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in web technologies in Angular is a must followed by HTML, CSS, TypeScript
- Proficient in Java OR Kotlin, Spring Booth Framework is must (Core, Web, Data, Security, Boot), Maven, JPA, Hibernate. Web Services (REST) Must Have
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle OR PostgreSQL OR MySQL (either one)
- Experience with CI/CD process and related tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Nexus, SonarQube.

Soft skills
- 2 years of Leading a team experience is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent command of spoken and written in English.

Nice to Have skills
- Experience with container technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is a plus.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus
- Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
- Experience with monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, is a plus.
- Experience with test automation technologies, such as Robot or Playwright, is a plus.
