We have a vast range of storage units with sizes ranging from 10sf to 200sf to cater to all your varied needs. Our mission is to provide affordable and flexible storage and warehouse solutions tailored to the specific needs of individuals, families and businesses.

We are a self-storage operator in Singapore and Malaysia. **In Malaysia, we operate 3 facilities in Glenmarie, Petaling Jaya and Sri Hartamas**.

We are currently looking for **Customer Service, Self Storage Specialist**to join our sales and operations support team to:

- Assist customers with unit selection, payments, and account management
- Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained at all times
- Achieve sales, payment collections, and customer satisfaction targets
- Prepare and process customer license agreements accurately
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare monthly reports for management
- Conduct facility tours for potential clients and promote suitable storage solutions
- Monitor and report on occupancy levels and customer feedback
- Perform inventory checks and manage storage unit availability
- Support marketing initiatives and promotions as required
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Country Manager
- Embrace and support the adoption of new technologies such as CRM and ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement

We are looking for a team player who is:

- Able to work **5½ days per week.**As the role is quite active i.e. site inspections, travelling from site to site, you would need to be physically fit
- **Mobile and flexible** to be based at various locations within the **Klang Valley**, and **open to transfers or relocation** if needed
- Energetic, proactive, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Independent yet highly customer-focused and a strong team player
- Fluent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia (**additional languages & proficiency in local dialect is a big a plus**)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms. Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zoho). You would have to be IT savvy
