**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Transactions**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner as they approach the cashier counter.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, including items from the menu, beverages, and snacks.

**Payment Handling**:

- Accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment for purchases.
- Ensure correct change is provided for cash transactions and process electronic payments securely.

**Cash Register Operations**:

- Operate cash registers and POS systems to input orders, calculate totals, and generate receipts.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy.

**Order Accuracy**:

- Verify the accuracy of orders before processing payments and provide assistance to customers with any inquiries or adjustments.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide information about menu items, promotions, and hospital services as needed.

**Upselling and Promotions**:

- Promote special offers, combo deals, and upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

**Hygiene and Sanitation**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including hand hygiene and personal cleanliness.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Record all transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of sales and cash movements.
- Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and other F&B team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with other duties in the F&B department as needed, such as food preparation or cleaning.

**EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.

**Working Conditions**

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
