**A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform sales claim, legal & charge documentation verification on a timely basis and it requirements.
- To segregate the loan document for scanning, stamping, filing and posting of customers legal document in accordance to internal and external requirements.
- Support merchants’ queries on E-hak Milik registration, hiccup cases, deletion and maintenance works.
- Ensure efficient filing system, productivity & service level in line with company KRI.
- Ensuring due diligence on legal documentation.
- To perform any other tasks within the office administration scope for the department.
- Perform low level system requirement & testing of the department.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all information assets those are protected.

**B. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma, Bachelor / Professional Degree / Diploma in the field of Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Business Management or any equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**C. EXPERIENCES AND KNOWLEDGES AND SKILLS**
- Working knowledge or experience in processing loan and legal documentation, as well as disbursement, in consumer banking or credit companies.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of loan documentation requirements and related document in loan disbursement process.
- Handling of JPJ ownership claim registration, deletion and problematic cases resolution.
- Able to work well with a diverse group of merchants’ queries.
- Have a keen eye for details, highly organized with excellent follow-up.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

**D. ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Compliance of Sales Claim Documentation for loan disbursement.
- Verification process turnaround time and productivity.
- Timing in posting of customer legal agreement.
- Customer Information Security & Management.

**E. DELIVERABLE**
- Verification turnaround time within the threshold.
- Timely completion of documentation verification, filing, stamping & posting.
- Excellent Customer Service Level.
- Work Quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
