**Salary Range**: RM 3000 to RM 3500

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the loan department
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Manage the loan processing activities efficiently and effectively
- Utilize strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to achieve targets and meet deadlines
- Multitask effectively and demonstrate exceptional time management abilities
- Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records and generate reports
- Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients and partners
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proficient in loan processing procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and negotiate deals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
