**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop customer relationships with existing customers.
- Assist in handling daily communication and correspondence to external customers.
- Maintain an effective administrative systems, reviews and control.
- Coordinate/liaise/work with Air freight or Ocean freight contact internally on operational activities, issue resolution, process execution and performance improvements according to corporate policy.
- Continuously monitor supplier performance and develop improvement plan with supplies for rectification of performance issues in compliance with Company policy and standard.
- Attains operational efficiency and reduction of unnecessary wastage and cost by effective analyzing, reviewing and directing the activities of all key subordinates in the area of branch operations.
- Coordinate, monitor and manage freight movement to meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Select and assigns key positions to reach targets.
- Analyses cost and cost structure of production and derives improvement measurements and actions.
- Managing all operating systems is practical and understandable.
- Analyses current operating system continuously to improve and enhance work quality.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 10 Years in Freighting and experience with 3 years in managerial role
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Understanding of office operations and budgeting procedures, with experience in cost management initiatives.
- Able to partner with business units in providing solutions to office management issues via
- Excellent customer centric approach.
- Enjoys continuous learning and self-development through problem solving and interactions with othersCertificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
- Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree Holder
