**What you'll be doing**:
**Objective**:To assist the Head of QA in managing and implementing the smooth coordination and communication of all departments with respect to problem solving and achieving the target set by company.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- To ensure control and monitor the quality system to determine where improvement is needed and recommends appropriate corrective action.
- To ensure that all documentation relating to Quality Assurance department are updated, maintained and controlled.
- To ensure that the procedures of IATF16949 & ISO14001 are implemented and maintained at all levels.
- To ensure the maximum utilization of manpower and adequately trained to perform their duties satisfactorily in Quality Assurance Department.

**What we're looking for**:
**Education**: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing Management

**Professional Experience**:
Preferably minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Assurance

Preferably with IATF core tools certificate and Qualified Lead Auditor certificate (QMS/EMS)

Able to align the requirements from IATF standards, EMS and customer requirements.
