Operations - Cash Operations - Analyst

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Cash Operations that supports wide range of payment products such as Real Time Payment, RTGS and Cross Border transactions.

As the Operations Analyst, you will be supporting day to day operations relating to account reconciliations, system reference data set up serving a wide range of local and foreign clients. Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders is a norm where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your strategic thought leadership, advising best practices and problem solving skills.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Perform daily account reconciliations. Outstanding items are investigated promptly and identify for resolution..
- Manages system reference data / static data set up with hub partners.
- Multitasking in supporting various payment products which includes RTP, RTGS, IBG, Cross Border Telegraphic Transfer etc.
- Support Cash Operation head in various initiatives, implementing business strategies and ability to identify emerging risks.
- Maintain strong operational controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with the firm company policies and regulatory changes.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Bachelor Degree holder preferably in banking and finance.
- 2 to 3 years experience in banking operations especially on cash products.
- Well verse in payments and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to articulate complex issues and have strong analytical skills.
- Inclusive skills with the ability to collaborate across different and diverse groups.
- Adapt and is flexible working extended hours including weekends if required.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Familiar with modern scripting tools i.e : Alteryx to simplify process via automation is an added advantage.
