**1. Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their business

needs and technical requirements.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis and gather information on customer

environments.

**2. Solution Design**:

- Design and architect infrastructure solutions that address customer needs,

including servers, storage, networking, cloud, and virtualization

technologies.
- Develop technical proposals, including solution specifications, diagrams, and

cost estimates.

**3. Technical Presentations**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of

proposed solutions to customers.
- Articulate the technical benefits and competitive advantages of the proposed

solutions.

**4. Collaboration with Sales Team**:

- Work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with sales

strategies and customer objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and respond to RFPs (Requests for

Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations).

**5. Product and Technology Expertise**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies,

and competitive offerings.
- Continuously update skills and certifications related to infrastructure

solutions.

**6. Proof of Concept (PoC) and Pilots**:

- Develop and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate the

feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Guide customers through pilot implementations to validate the solution’s

effectiveness.

**7. Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the pre-sales

process.
- Address technical queries and objections raised by customers.

**8. Documentation**:

- Create detailed documentation of proposed solutions, including technical

specifications, configurations, and deployment plans.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

**9. Vendor and Partner Coordination**:

- Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to obtain necessary

information and resources for solution design.
- Leverage vendor relationships to enhance solution offerings and gain

competitive advantage.

**10. Feedback and Improvement**:

- Collect feedback from customers and the sales team to improve solution

offerings and pre-sales processes.
- Participate in post-sales debriefs to understand customer satisfaction and

areas for improvement.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Experience in presales consulting or solution architecture roles, with a focus on IT
- Micro solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering presales presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of IT solutions to clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical IT solutions and Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, capable of articulating business and technical propositions to clients effectively

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
