Presales Consultant

Overview:
The Presales Consultant will partner with the sales and technical teams to design and propose tailored IT solutions that meet client needs. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing solution proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales cycle from qualification to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales teams to identify client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop and deliver product presentations, demos, and technical documentation.
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architecture designs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project, and support) to ensure feasibility and accuracy of solutions.
- Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor solutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
- Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure/ Cloud.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
