About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Presales Architect
to lead technical solutioning for customer requirements and support our sales and functional teams across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to translate business needs into robust platform-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    technical solutioning
    for customer requirements and craft end-to-end architectural proposals.
  • Act as a
    Pre-Sales Integrator
    , working closely with client Functional Architects to map customer needs to client's platform capabilities.
  • Conduct technical discussions, workshops, presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations with customers.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and design scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, engineering, and functional consulting teams to deliver well-aligned solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance during RFP responses, solution pitches, and presales cycles.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships in key markets —
    Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand
    .
  • Participate in on-site customer meetings and workshops as needed.

Additional Notes – Expectations from the role

  • 15–20 years
    of overall professional experience, with significant experience in technical presales or solution architecture roles.
  • Strong ability to conduct customer discovery, requirements gathering, and solution mapping.
  • Fluent in
    English
    with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Malaysia local talent preferred
    (to build and maintain strong customer connections).
  • Experience in
    hospitality technology, POS systems
    , or related domains is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, integrations, APIs, and solution architecture principles.
  • Comfortable traveling across Southeast Asia for customer engagements.

Willing to travel across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand)
