What you'll be doing (Responsibilities)

  • Lead the conceptual and detailed design development of architectural projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, project stakeholders, and the wider design team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide design direction and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
  • Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the organisation.
  • Actively participate in the firm's business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to inform design decisions.

What we're looking for (Requirements)

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in the architecture industry, preferably in a senior design role
  • Strong Design Flair with proven experience in delivering innovative high quality architecture projects.
  • Strong proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate design ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for innovative and sustainable design solutions.
