JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient
Presales - Solution Architect
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical solutions and client needs, playing a pivotal role in
supporting the sales team, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful client engagements
.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

  • Develop a deep understanding of company products, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Assess client requirements and challenges to recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Deliver compelling
    presentations, demonstrations, and proposals
    to prospective clients.

PRESALES SUPPORT

  • Provide technical support during the sales cycle, addressing inquiries on product functionality and compatibility.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and execute
    Proof of Concepts (PoC)
    .
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including proposals, case studies, and specifications.

BUSINESS AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

  • Train sales teams on technical aspects of products/services.
  • Conduct simulations, testing, and troubleshooting as required.
  • Stay updated on competitors' offerings and market shifts to strategically position solutions.
  • Oversee technical aspects in later project stages, including deployment and debugging.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience
    : Minimum 3 years of presales experience in IT enterprise solutions.
  • Education
    : Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or equivalent.
  • Technical Proficiency
    : Background in roles such as software engineering, system administration, or technical support.
  • Strong
    problem-solving skills
    and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Customer-centric with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and ability to collaborate closely with sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, workshops, or demonstrations.

  • Microsoft Windows
    : ADDS, AD Connect/DirSync, Wintel Server, Clustering, ADCS.
  • Office 365 / M365
    : Exchange (on-premise & hybrid), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, AAD Connect.
  • Identity & Security
    : ADFS, Azure AD Sync/Connect.
  • Hyperconverged Infrastructure
    : Dell, HPE, Lenovo, etc.
  • Data Protection & Business Continuity
    : Cohesity, Veritas, Veeam/Kasten 10, Commvault.
  • Office 365 Design and Implementation Projects
    experience is a plus.
