Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    end-to-end Anaplan solution design
    , architecture, and delivery across business functions.
  • Define model structure, data flows, and integration architecture aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
    Anaplan use cases
    .
  • Oversee
    model building, performance tuning, and workspace governance
    .
  • Partner with IT and business teams to ensure
    seamless data integration
    from ERP, CRM, and other systems.
  • Establish and enforce
    Anaplan modeling standards
    , documentation, and governance frameworks.
  • Mentor and guide Anaplan Modelers and business users on model development and enhancements.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization.
  • Stay current on
    Anaplan platform updates and Connected Planning best practices
    .

Requirements

  • 5+ years
    of hands-on experience with
    Anaplan design, implementation, and model building
    .
  • Proven experience leading large-scale
    Anaplan transformation or Connected Planning
    projects.
  • Strong knowledge of
    model architecture, data hubs, ALM, and integrations
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    finance, supply chain, or workforce planning processes
    .
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
    .

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

  • Anaplan Solution Architect Certification
    (required).
  • Anaplan Master Anaplanner Certification
    (preferred).
  • Project management certifications (PMP/Agile) are a plus.
