Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Modeler to design, build, and maintain scalable planning models that support business forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Anaplan model development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance
    Anaplan models
    to support business planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements.
  • Partner with
    finance, operations, and business stakeholders
    to gather requirements and translate them into efficient Anaplan solutions.
  • Implement
    model architecture
    , modules, lists, dashboards, and workflows aligned with best practices.
  • Maintain data integrations between Anaplan and external systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.).
  • Perform
    data validation, troubleshooting, and model optimization
    to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Create
    documentation
    , including data flow diagrams, process maps, and model guides.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining
    Anaplan models
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Anaplan architecture, model building, and workspace management
    .
  • Experience integrating Anaplan with other business systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce).
  • Prior experience in
    financial planning, supply chain planning, or workforce planning
    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Anaplan model building
    , including lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and imports.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with
    ETL tools
    and APIs used for data integration.
  • Knowledge of
    financial modeling and planning processes
    .

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Anaplan Level 1 & Level 2 Model Builder
    certifications (required).
  • Anaplan Solution Architect
    certification (advantageous).
