Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Consultant (ServiceNow) based in WP Kuala Lumpur. You will analyze client needs, design tailored solutions, deliver impactful presentations and demos, and support the sales team in pre-sales activities. The role involves engaging directly with the customer, collaborating with project teams, and contributing to strategic proposals. Occasional travel within Malaysia is required. Your career development includes full support to achieve ServiceNow certification and accreditations.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in presales activities, tender management, and technical product demonstrations
- Proven experience in consulting and designing or implementing ITSM solutions (experience with ServiceNow is a plus)
- Strong skills in solution design, proposals, demos, and presentations in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and technical audiences
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
