**Job Purpose**
- Lead the team to plan, establish and execute the process to enable the deep dive on technology spend. This includes collection of data, monthly reconciliation & detail analysis, and reports preparation.**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and shape the technology spend for the next budgeting cycle. Consolidate the data for MY Bankwide IT maintenance costs and liaise with BU/BE stakeholders to validate and confirm on the budget required.
- Plan and strategise the roadmap for the deep dive analysis on technology spend. Establish the process to identify, collect & analyse the data, and execute according to the plan.
- Monitor the Bankwide IT maintenance (OPEX). This includes perform the monthly journal entries, prepare the monthly provision report for submission to Group Finance, and analyse the variances or fluctuations.
- Communicate effectively in the engagement with the stakeholders (particularly IT Heads of Department, Group Strategic Procurement and Group Finance) and partner with stakeholders to action solutions

- Provide training and mentoring to the team members
- Other related tasks as and when is needed by Management
- Drive internal financial processes, reporting and communications

**Job Specification
**Qualifications**:

- (Basic Degree/Diploma etc.)- Degree in Computer Science, Business Management/ Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements- Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in IT or accounting field
- Experience in data-handling and analysis
- Preferably experience in Banking IT industry
