Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee training and development initiatives.
- Foster positive employee relations and manage workplace disputes.
- Prepare external ISO audits.
- Conducted performance evaluations including salary assessment.
- Maintain accurate records of foreign workers work permits, contracts and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely renewal of work permits, fomema arrangements and other required legal documents for foreign worker.
- Assist in addressing ay legal or compliance issues related to foreign workers.
- Handle all HR & Admin related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by managers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
