Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives.
  • Foster positive employee relations and manage workplace disputes.
  • Prepare external ISO audits.
  • Conducted performance evaluations including salary assessment.
  • Maintain accurate records of foreign workers work permits, contracts and other necessary documentation.
  • Ensure timely renewal of work permits, fomema arrangements and other required legal documents for foreign worker.
  • Assist in addressing ay legal or compliance issues related to foreign workers.
  • Handle all HR & Admin related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by managers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
