**Tenant Sourcing & Leasing**:
Identify and approach potential tenants for leasing opportunities in retail, commercial, or residential properties. Conduct site visits and present property features and benefits.
- **Lease Negotiation**:
Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and tenancy agreements in line with company policies and market standards.
- **Documentation & Administration**:
Prepare and manage all leasing documentation, including offers, letters of intent, and tenancy agreements. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely contract renewals.
- **Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property agents, and mall management (if applicable). Address and resolve tenant inquiries or issues promptly.
- **Market Research**:
Conduct market surveys to understand current rental trends and competitor offerings. Provide input for pricing strategies and leasing campaigns.
- **Reporting**:
Prepare regular reports on leasing status, occupancy rates, and potential leads. Support management with data analysis and forecasting.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in leasing, property sales, or real estate
- **Languages**: Must be fluent in English. Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage.
- **Skills & Traits**:

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
