Role Description

The primary responsibility is to provide day to day support to Directors and Managers across a range of accounts and create meaningful impact on our client’s businesses. As a key interface between Kantar and our clients, the role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation of presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as project management, and coaching trainees.

Role Responsibilities- Independently maintain client relationship (which will reflect in good client feedback score).- Lead projects - give direction to juniors with less supervision from seniors, make decisions/ suggestions to run the projects, create reports and presentations.- Ensure a good quality of research materials.- Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients, and deliverables and analysis conducted for them.- Articulate insights (both in writing and in person/presentation) to provide clients with outcomes that meet or go above and beyond.- Lead and supervise daily communication with clients.- To coach 1-2 juniors by regularly sharing knowledge and preparing them to be ready for the next level.- Develop positive relationships with clients to the extent they actively seek your opinions, information and advice.- Mentor and develop team members through constructive feedback to identify areas of strength, and areas required for improvement.

Role Requirements- At least 5-6 years of proven experience in Market Research agency or Research Projects, with strong exposure in qualitative studies.- Excellent communication skills- Strong management and leadership skills- Strong research knowledge - ability to decide on the best methods, come up with research design, and create insights- Advanced data interpretation skills
