As the **Quantity Surveyor (Construction)**specializing in **Earthworks & Civil Works**, you will have enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to manage client introductions, claims preparation, and site coordination tasks. The role involves working closely with site personnel, preparing progress claims, coordinating tenders, sourcing subcontractors, and liaising with clients and suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working Hours: 8am - 4pm (6 Days)
- Introduction of company to new potential clients; commission/referral fee will be given to successful referral of company to new potential clients

(e.g: Opening of account with new clients, new connection, referral to top management, etc.)
- Responsible for preparation of claims
- Liaise with site personnel and preparation of progress claim on time based on work done
- Check/prepare and liaise with site personnel and clients for monthly work-done
- Tender preparation
- Material order with suppliers under purchasing
- Preparation of certificate for sub-contractor
- Sourcing of new sub-contractors
- Assist and handle any other tasks as assigned by the Management

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years and above in related fields
- Able to communicate in Mandarin / English / Malay
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- Proficient in **(AutoCad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)**
- Looking for Enthusiastic, self-motivated & willing to learn individuals
- Possess own transport
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
