Cafe Manager

**What you'll be doing**
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tables are set and dining areas are well-presented
- Assist with side duties such as restocking, cleaning, and light food preparation as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the broader hospitality team to ensure a seamless customer experience

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle the fast-paced nature of the role
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile for customers
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment
