Key Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment (e.g. ovens, steamers, fryers) and food processing machinery (e.g. mixers, slicers, grinders).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues, and carry out necessary repairs on-site or in-house.
• Assist with the installation, setup, and testing of new equipment at customer locations.
• Provide product guidance and hands-on coaching to customers on proper usage and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Continuously learn and improve product knowledge to handle a wide range of equipment models and brands.
• Maintain clear service documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and service standards.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and effective customer support.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in commercial kitchen or machinery servicing is an added advantage (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply with training provided).
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electrical wiring.
• Eagerness to learn about new products and improve technical knowledge.
• Good communication skills to explain equipment usage and maintenance to customers.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and a good team player.
• Must possess a valid driving license (Class D or equivalent).
• Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Melayu
• Also, we seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin speaking clients
• Good communication skills and patient in serving customer
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (F&B or equipment industry preferred).
• Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
• Own transport and willing to travel as required.
