Key Accounts Executive

We are looking for a skilled Key Accounts Executive to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its key clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to achieve sales target
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing products that meet their objectives
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as key account executive (at least 1 year)
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs, further training and career development will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- At least SPM-level graduate
- Possess own transport
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
