- Proven experience working with industrial boilers and related equipment.

- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to boiler operations.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Valid boiler operator's license or certification (if required by local regulations).

As a Boilerman (Grade 2) you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of boilers and associated equipment within industrial or commercial settings. You will ensure the safe and efficient operation of boilers to meet production or heating requirements. Your duties will include conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and executing repairs as necessary to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor boilers and auxiliary equipment to maintain proper steam pressure, temperature, and flow.
- Conduct routine inspections of boiler systems to identify potential issues or hazards.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment components.
- Troubleshoot boiler malfunctions, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to restore proper functionality.
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or piping systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards governing boiler operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with other maintenance personnel and departments to schedule repairs and minimize production disruptions.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior boiler technicians or apprentices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve boiler efficiency, reliability, and safety.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
