**Job Overview: Warehouse Floor Supervisor**

The Warehouse Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor. This role ensures that warehouse activities are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. The supervisor will manage a team of warehouse workers, coordinate product flow, and ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervise Warehouse Operations**:

- Oversee daily warehouse floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and find solutions in real time.

**Team Management**:

- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse personnel to ensure high performance.
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to warehouse team members.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff members, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet operational demands.

**Inventory Control and Accuracy**:

- Ensure inventory accuracy by supervising stock counts and audits.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and oversee stock replenishment.
- Ensure that products are properly stored and labeled according to company standards.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure all warehouse processes meet quality standards for receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Conduct periodic inspections of the warehouse floor and equipment to ensure operational quality and safety.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in product quantity or quality.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety training and drills for warehouse staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational policies.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager/Executives and other departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods.
- Handle any operational issues, including damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or shipping delays.
- Keep management informed of any operational challenges or areas for improvement.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or technology to improve warehouse productivity.
- Continuously assess workflows to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required). A degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory control software.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move items, sometimes up to [X] kg (specify as required).
- Forklift certification or other relevant certifications may be required (if applicable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
