Role Context / Purpose
- The purpose of the role is to follow through assigned demands end to end from request assessment to successful delivery and business case realisation
- Coordination and communication to ensure full transparency against set timeline, cost and value realisation

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role is to provide support to the Demand Manager in the following areas;
- Take end to end responsibility for company’s Demand Management process and lead demand delivery for assigned scope or category of demands
- Work closely with Business Requestor to ensure input completeness and quality, with agreed prioritization
- Work closely with internal and third-party stakeholders to confirm resource allocations, costs and timelines for delivery
- Work closely with Finance on financial forecasts and Budgets
- Ensure that partners / vendors engagement is accounted for as part of demand cost allocation and delivery planning
- Ensure initial impact assessments are prepared and presented to relevant forum for decision
- Plan and execute demands in pipeline with frequent reporting against set scope, timeline, resources, cost and value
- Frequent updates to consolidated demand dashboards to ensure completeness of status
- Ensure that deliverables, cost and value are realised and signed off
- Analyse and troubleshoot demand relates issues in a timely and proactive way
- Support deep dive analysis including but not limited to: demand scope classification, demand value creation, demand complexity, cost types, change and delay root cause analysis
- Suggest improvements for more efficient and effective process and engagement model
- Adhere to company policies and rules
- Perform other activities and tasks as required by Demand Manager or PMO.

Qualifications/experiences
- 8 years of experience in a related field
- IT and cross-functional project management in Telco / Technology sector
- Effective coordination and communication skills, including with senior management
- Advantage is a track record in Agile, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma or similar disciplines
- University degree, B.Sc.
