**About the role**
Invenco by GVR has a big opportunity in the APAC region - we have a great team that has made huge achievements over the last few years. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team as a **Customer Delivery Manager**. Based in Malaysia, you will be responsible for major customer delivery for up to three key accounts, ensuring consistency and exceptional service for our customers.

In this position you will:

- Meet financial targets including order, revenue, margin from key customer accounts
- Act as a conduit between all the internal delivery functions within Invenco by GVR, and our customers.
- Be a single point of contact for direct customers, channel partners in the Southeast Asia sub region.
- Have involvement in a mix of pre-sales, sales & business analysis - and most importantly link our customers with our Business Development and technical engineering teams.
- Design solutions for customers using a mixture of Invenco by GVR and other partners product/solutions/services
- Collaborate with internal teams regarding research & designing solutions for customers.
- Work with the business development team to translate customer and market needs into a technical solution using a mixture of Invenco by GVR and other partners product/solutions/services
- Be key in our customer communications, ensuring transparency in; delivery schedules, RMA updates, software maintenance and product/solutions updates.

**About your Experience**
- Understand Payment, POS and ideally the Fuel-Retail Industry
- Technical understanding of payments, including EMV, ISO8583, AS2805, the payment cycle, switching, POS integration and bank certifications including TIP
- Understands software development lifecycle models - including requirements gathering, specification, agile development, testing, verification, deployment and support
- Commercial focus
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams
- Ability to work with globally dispersed, and culturally diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work with geography dispersed and culturally diverse teams.
- Worked in a pre-sales or sales environment dealing with customers in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills & ability to build relationships easily
