Project management and managed services contract scope & delivery management
- Work with prospects / customers and solution design / solution architect / pre-sales team to ensure project (from herein “project” refers to one-time implementation projects and also managed services contract scope and delivery) scope of work meeting prospects' / customers' expectations and requirements in our proposals.
- Work with sales team to address prospects' / customers' concerns in deliverable and scope of work of project management and project implementation.
- Tighten the project management processes in the PMO to ensure all projects are implemented smoothly and complete within deadlines and cost.
- Manage scheduled activities in service and support contracts such as Preventive Maintenance, health checks, software updates / upgrades, etc.
- Proper resource allocation and job assignment to ensure minimum project cost and cost within project budget, and yet meeting project objectives and deliverable.
- Manage projects and support contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting customer expectations during project roll out and during support contract period.
- Monitor and coordinate activities during support incidents, to ensure problems are resolved within support SLA in the contracts.
- Ensure service deliverable is delivered accordingly to customer as per support contract.
- Manage projects within project scope of work, handle change and variation orders.
- Deal with external parties, such as product principals, distributors, contractors, partners, and associates in projects and ensure satisfaction of all parties.
- Work with Technology Service manager to ensure proper resource utilization for projects.
- Provide guidance to other project managers in PMO to deliver satisfactory customer service and project management.
- Manage project milestones and sign off to ensure job completion within project timeline, timely project billing and no AR issues.
- Meets KPI's.
- Learn and pick up knowledge on new products / solutions as and when required by the change of company solution focus, as enablement to better manage projects
- Any other duties or assignment as and when assigned by the management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM3,429.80 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Six Sigma (preferred)
