**The Opportunity**

Our partner, an established major distributor of top-quality and technologically advanced medical equipment and consumables, is growing its marketing team and looking to hire a Digital Lead to be based in Manila

As the Digital Lead, your role is integral in contributing to the success of the digital transformation of Marketing & Digital Group. You will be focusing on digital analytics & performance and owning the analytics & reporting functions of the eCommerce website.

You will be directly reporting to the onshore Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining Google Data Studio dashboards to monitor and report on online behavior & commercial activity.
- Leading periodic and ad hoc analytics meetings, including presenting to senior business stakeholders.
- Using digital analytics to develop a deep understanding of our customers' online behavior to recommend improvements to CX.
- Be an eCommerce digital analytics SME to develop a CRO program to drive best-practice functionality enhancements and incremental improvements
- Aid the development of SEO strategy and execution to support the Digital Marketing strategy.
- Lead UAT by developing and maintaining a UAT framework and undertaking UAT as required.
- Understand and utilize Martech stack to improve performance and outcomes from a CRO and digital customer experience perspective
- Review new digital project initiatives and/or enhancement activities to understand future upcoming requirements and potential stakeholders

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 years of proven experience & understanding in digital analytics/performance - Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
- Working background in eCommerce digital analytics & reporting is essential
- Experience & understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO is preferred
- Understanding of how CMS, CRM, and PIM work is preferred
- Proven leadership skill is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven ability to prioritize workloads to ensure best outcomes for the business
