**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and highly analytical Paid Media Lead to oversee cross-channel campaign strategy and execution across our client portfolio. This role will be responsible for leading paid media planning and buying, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional performance across platforms. You’ll be a key player in campaign innovation and client success.

**ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media strategies for multiple clients across diverse industries
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations across channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and display/programmatic platforms
- Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and strategists to deliver cohesive, performance-oriented campaigns
- Provide strategic media recommendations backed by data, benchmarks, and industry insights
- Oversee budget planning, pacing, bid strategy, targeting, and creative testing to maximize ROI
- Present campaign performance reports and strategic insights to clients on a regular basis
- Train and mentor junior media buyers and specialists; foster a culture of performance and accountability
- Stay up to date with platform changes, privacy laws, and emerging tools to keep our agency offering competitive and future-proof
- Lead media audits, forecasting, and new business proposals as needed

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5+ Years of hands-on experience in paid media buying within an agency environment
- Proven track record of managing 6- and 7-figure media budgets with positive ROI
- Deep platform expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, and preferably TikTok and programmatic DSPs
- Strong experience with attribution models, data analysis and conversion optimization
- Client-facing experience and the ability to present technical and strategic concepts clearly
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, and media planning/buying tools
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
