As we grow and learn, we are looking to add talent to our Campaign Management team to ensure our clients are onboarded as efficiently and as accurately as possible.
We are part of a wider legacy business which has been around for 27 years and have offices in London, New York, Miami, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur.

**The role**:
We are on the lookout for a high-achieving Paid Media Ads Specialist with a proven track record in the industry to enhance our vibrant team. This role focuses on elevating our clients' campaigns across various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) including Facebook Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Daily review and management of digital performance campaigns on Social Media Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, Google etc.
- Optimising and split testing to find the winning audiences which can scale and perform against client KPIs
- Work closely with the Account Management team on campaign performance updates so they can communicate with and manage our clients on a daily basis
- Manage/track optimization changes to establish best practice
- Collaborate working closely with the sales team aiding in the sales process as needed
- Handle and monitor campaign budgets and pacing
- Responsible for media planning and brief response
- Proven track record of increasing the performance on advertising campaigns and meeting clientele exceeding expectations
**Requirements**:
- Extensive knowledge of Meta and Google advertising
- Highly numerate and comfortable with digital marketing metrics (e.g. ROI, CPM, CPC, CPL, LTV)
- Digital advertising expertise with a commercial mindset
- Keen attention to detail and process driven approach; driving operational efficiencies across the business
- Experienced working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial organization
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentational.
- Performance driven, high analytical, strong commercial mindset with organizational and project management skills
- Fluent in English
